They changed their system. Now you check in with your drivers license.

There is no one at the check in desk. Only human contact is when the lab techs stick their head out the door and call a name. Two people who checked in after me were called. I gave up after 1&1/4 hours.

I will never go back. It is not possible to check status, that is why you were not taken in order of check in. Again, there is no human contact other than when the tech calls a name. Before, there was a sign in sheet and you could see when it was your turn.

They put up a sign that says "you talked, we listened" A joke. All they did was to eliminate the desk person

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $75.

I didn't like: Muncie lab corp unreasonably long wait.
