LabCorp took my blood and allegedly performed a number of tests two weeks ago. My ordering physician has not received the results, and every time I call the LabCorp phone, I get "We are unable to process your call at this time, please try again later." So there is no way to communicate with them in person about where my missing tests are.
The only options the phone number seems to work for is finding out the location of a LabCorp office or paying your bill. Getting answers about your missing results is not an option.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
LabCorp Pros: Lab technicians.
LabCorp Cons: Not reporting results, Not communicating with doctor, Not communicating with patient, Not answering their 800 number during business hours.
