Called the Phoenix N. 3rd street office and got their recorded message that "walk ins are always welcomed".
That number, as all of them, will not let you leave a message. Went there today (7/26/16) at 1pm with no one in the waiting room. I was politely informed that I had to request my tests, pay, and make an appointment, all on the internet.
I called their 800 number and after waiting 10 minutes a service rep explained the procedures and had no answer as to why the individual office phone message did not contain this info. Poor business model.
Your poor ratings continue. I will not be back.
