Employee who claim they do not represent Labcorp and another Employee who attempt to escalate situation

Billing question

I made an online payment on recent invoice and was told that there was a stop payment by my bank-which I knew nothing about. It took a lot of time and routes to get to someone who could address my concern

To find out if the insurance co had paid part of the invoice

I could not get a person to speak on the normal 800 #. I had to google to find another number which worked. Labcorp makes it near impossible to speak to anyone. Once I found and called the other phone number the young lady on the customer service handle my situation rapidly
