Satisfied customer.

The representative I talked to, believe her name is Lori was absolutely phenomenal! I could not get into my account because of a deleted email address.

She guided me through the process of reestablishing my account and actually stayed on the line with me until I reconnected. You dont get customer service like that very often.

LabCorp is lucky to have her as a representative in customer support. Very professional and caring indeed.

Avoid Mt Airy LabCorp at Walgreens

Avoid Mt Airy LabCorp at Walgreens

I had an appointment at 3:45 for a preemployment drug screen. I was checked in and at the same time a walk-in was checking in, however I completed before him and I sat down to wait at 3:40.

The walk-in was called back before me. I was then called in at 4:05 and was told that I put the wrong appointment type online and the drug screen system shuts down at 4pm. I reminded her that on the screen (which I have a pic of) it was showing I had an appointment and the other person had been a walk in so I should have been prioritized regardless of type of visit. I was advised that she will repeat that the system shuts down at 4pm.

As a customer service professional this is unacceptable. I was livid. I drove 35 minutes and waited 25 minutes to be turned away. Thankfully I have a few more days to take the drug screening.

However, her oversight could have cost me that job. Her name is Lexi and she needs retraining in customer service as soon as possible.

She couldn't even squeeze an apology out. I advised her I would report her and I will post this and send this everywhere possible.

Why would they apologize to you? YOU messed up.

I had an appointment and it was filled out correctly. She offered no proof otherwise.

I was the only patient there. There is no reason that she couldn't have worked it out. In customer service you ALWAYS apologize and offer to see what you can do.

Obviously you have never worked in customer service. As a customer service professional of over 20 years that's the LEAST she should do.

Having worked at labcorp (unfortunately) the system does in fact lock you out of certain things after a certain time. And as for taking late patients, management watches like a hawk and you get penalized for doing so. The way they treat employees and by proxy, patients is really gross.

Lab Corp was testing criminal evidence with a forensic accreditation

Updated by user Dec 13, 2025

Still waiting on a response from the forensic DNA department

Original review Nov 28, 2025

In numerous cases, LabCorp was testing criminal evidence and wasn't accredited in forensic testing in those states where accreditation was needed. The assistant director testified in those cases and gave wrong information. Not accredited in forensic accreditation, but testing forensic materials.

No telephone customer service to ask a question and my bills always require a long on hold to correct

Im on a 12 minute hold so far and will hang up soon.

Another idiot at their billing number provided this number which just places or dumps customers/patients On Hold.

According to my insurance plan, I can choose other labs and think I will make a change following this BAD experience.

Horrible service

Horrible customer service. They want you to check in on machines that do not work.

The machine did not recognize my secondary insurance, so I keep getting bills and even went to collections, which affected my credit. The front desk clerk named Lelanni and the technician named Ed Larry were very rude and not at all helpful.

This company wants me to keep a credit card on file with them. There is a class Action law suit regarding sharing information. I went to get my labs and they REFUSED. All oop met 2025 Bullies

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I went to get labs drawn at my doctors request. I have BCBS and have met my deductible and all out of pocket max for 2025 due to chronic illness.

It is a PPO and I am REQUIRED to use Labcorp to get my claim paid. You do not get anyone intelligent on the phone. Yesterday I was PROMISED a call back from a Jessica Richards and of course, I NEVER GOT THAT CALL BACK. I can not tell you how much time and energy I have spent on the phone with these idiots.

I have chronic illnesses and this BS is RIDICULOUS. I will not be held hostage by this company. I would rather pay cash with another company.

There is a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT going on as they are sharing your information with GOOGLE. NO you can not have my credit card to keep in your system.

User's recommendation: Stop allowing Lab Corp to bully you. They want your credit card info. I have had my identity stolen four times. NO WAY!

Having your identity stolen has nothing to do with a credit card on file at a medical provider. This lab, your doctor’s office and your insurance company have way more sensitive information about you to use for identity theft.

People who commit identity theft don’t steal specific credit card info.

It leaves a trail. They open new credit accounts.

They will hold the door open for you as you leave. Their party will start five minutes later.

Lessening Parents Rights

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

The place is a disgrace. Me, as my daughter's biological mother, has to wait a week after her alleged father in order to get DNA results, all because he paid for it and, out of spite, didn't write my name down.

Even though I brought her in for the test and sent in copies of her birth certificate, my ID, and court papers stating he has no legal rights to information on her due to a restraining order.

So now, while he sits with the results, I have to wait till court to find out because I won't get them in time. If this is how they treat biological parents, that is disgusting!

Extremely Dissatisfied

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Appointment was scheduled a week and a half ago. I got a reminder the morning of the appointment.

I showed up at the scheduled time, and the office was closed for the day. While on the phone trying to sort it out, three other patients with scheduled appointments showed up at the closed office. The website showed the location was open (I had an appointment), but the door was locked with a note saying closed for the day. By the way, the call was not able to sort out the situation and put me on a list.

I had delayed a visit to my elderly parents in order to get my blood work done.

I would not depend on or use Labcorp in the future if given any choice at all. As far as how I would rate my experience, I gave it a #1 because 0 was not available.

Complaint about an employee of Lab Coro

White employee @ 1224 S. Tamiami tr, sarasota, fl 34239.

Time 11:30 am. When I was called into lab for Lab Corp. The girl who did blood work on me, started screaming @ me, for asking questions about my blood draws. She could not tell me who one of Dr.s was, did not know where he was located and was screaming at me.

She then said I am not drawing you blood come back another day. I said My Dr.s appt is tmmrw . I need it done today. I said let the other girl do it.

The other girl who was black said I am going to ask the same questions. I go to this Walgreens Lab Corp every 3 months for Lab. I can't believe the way I was treated by that *** Something needs to be done. They think they can treat people rudely because their door is closed and no one can witness that treatment.

I have to go to this Lab Corp because of transportation issues.

If I am treated this way again there is going to be trouble. She also threw may Lab orders at me!!

I attempted to call four times with a question. I left four voicemails, as they do not answer phones!

I finally went in and tried my luck. The technician argued with me about the blood draw location, as I am a tough draw.

She finally gave up even listening to me and passed me off to another technician who did listen and nailed it on the first try! I'm not a fan of this company!!!
