You may also try these absolutely brilliant people: dave.king@labcorp.com (He is the alleged mastermind behing LabCorp. You can also file a complaint through your state attorney General's office. That's what I did.

It may work for you. Remember: the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

LabCorp in Inglewood, California - Drop off took too long

I went to the location in Lynwood, ca and the lady asked to check in at the kiosk. Then, i told her i had a drop off and it needed to be kept frozen. She said, I need to wait. I told her that the *** need to kept frozen and that the insurance and paperwork were inside. She said, you still need to wait it should be about 10 minutes. After, waiting 20 minutes I left and drove to another location. At this location she sent me to the back to drop it off, no question asked. The location in Lynwood were rude not only to me but to other people... bad customer service.

LabCorp in Middletown-Odessa, Delaware - What Good is Making an Appointment

I arrived at 10:35 AM checked in on my Phone. I made an Appt. For 11:00 AM. I was called to do the paperwork at 11:00 AM. Waited to be called back to take Blood at 11:40 AM. I had another Appt. At the Medical Center right next to this office for 11:50 AM. If they had taken me back by 11:15 AM I would have made that Appt. Three people were called at 11:10 AM while I waited to be called with an Appt. So what good is it to make an Appt? I had to re- schedule my other appt because I was just getting my Blood taken at 11:50. Tell me, next time should I make an Appt? Disappointed due to I had to Reschedule my other Appt.

LabCorp in Pelham, New York - Reimbursement for double payment of bill

On May 18 I sent you a check for 52.10 to pay for tests my wife Carole Mansky had on April 16 (Invoice No. 29804200). I subsequently found out that my insurance company also paid you. I have had 6 phone conversations with 6 different representatives of your company since July 1 and repeatedly been told that the reimbursement check was in the mail. Your people are liars (no doubt with the company's encouragement); your company should be ashamed of itself for chiseling like this.. Next time actually read the chain of custody statement you signed before blowing up. Results for these drug tests are never given to the candidate and you signed the form. By all means go to MedExpress....wait they are labcorp too...shucks that sucks

LabCorp in Milton, Delaware - Getting worse and worse

I have been using the Lab Cor office in Lewes, Delaware for years. Within the past few months you have to wait longer and longer for a simple blood test. Either there are not enough employees or there are employees that stay hidden in the back. Today I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes for a blood draw. People are used to prompt service and many people don't have time to sit for 30 to 60 minutes. When I left there were at least 15 people waiting and who knows how long they had to wait. Is this a customer service business or not?

Details
The employees in morristown and livingston nj are the laziest and least helpful of any so called medical facilitity. They only have kiosks , no human interaction and expect the patient to do all the work. I am handicapped and both places refused to offer any help.
