Not resolved

I have been a Labcorp client for many years, and it had been only in the past couple of months that I have had problems. Before, I could schedule appointments, get lab results, and get my questions answered online quite quickly, but now I have had to call the contact numbers several times over the course of a few weeks to get my lab results, and, finally weeks later, got them by snail mail.

Currently, 8/11/2018, I cannot get either my old nor my new online account to connect (frozen blank screen comes up after attempting to log on.

This is not a one time event, as I have attempted to log on many times. This is not satisfactory for health care from any corporation.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
