Labcorp employees very rude, not professional At all!!

I witnessed a specimen drop off at 3501 Limestone road in Newark ,De, the people in that office is very unprofessional! The lady that dropped off the specimen just ask the lady behind the desk to put her initials to witness the tubes dropped off, did you know that lady behind the desk acted like she did not want to comply with doing the right thing. That is a disgrace, I almost walked out, because that lady who dropped off the specimens was very professional, she did not deserve to be treated like that. LabCorp Admin. staff you need to look into this. I am a retired Physician I did not appreciate what I experienced, That was a patients blood that lady collected and it would be a shame that patient would had to come back because of unprofessionalism. I would not advise other Physician to request your service.

LabCorp review in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Rude Receptionist

Just visited the Lap Corporation at 7439 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia PA where i had the worst experience with the receptionist. She was very rude and arrogant that i had to leave the office. She insisted that i did not have all the paperwork needed to have blood drawn. I immediately went and called my primary doctor who stated that everything i needed was on the prescription. Her attitude was uncalled for, especially working with the public. I will never go to this facility again. Hoping my insurance changes to another provider. I never experienced such rudeness visiting a medical facility.

I went to the Labcorp in Pottstown,pa for blood drawn for a1c and cholestral test I told them to soak my wrist in warm water for 15 minutes.The lab was cold .they jabbing me with needles 6 times .those warm compresses don't work .how much blood for a sample.I used to go to Quest diagonsis for 5 years they usually soak my wrist in warm water for 15 minutes, They told me to comeback to another time they told me to drink water night before I had the same problem at the Phoenixville,pa location .I've been getting blood test for 12 years this was the first.I take the bus.The buses were chilly and The Lab was chilly .They didn't have no problems with the other patients because they all drive in their warm cars. And i take a chilly bus to go to my appointments.And there's nothing a wrong with my veins .Because they said they couldn't find my vein.I didn't have no problem back in November but it was warm out. But i rescheduled in End of July

Yes, she should be fired and wind up in a homeless shelter because you couldn't pay your balance online or over the phone. Everyone who reads this should feel a great deal of sympathy for a person as compassionate as you clearly are.

If the girl were fired and her children hungry, would you throw a party? I'm sure it'd serve her right for criticizing your beautiful handwriting.

Unfortunately (and ironically), "Personal Choice" insurance gives you no covered lab option other than LabCorp. If I had an actual "Choice", as the name of the insurance policy implies, I wouldn't go there.
