Two times is two years I specifically asked
if my tests are covered by ins. Both times
labcorp phone rep in NC headquarters
if my labs were covered. They said yes.
Then THREE months later sent me a COLECTIONS notice! No bill just skip to collections. I wrote to them and got no reply. I was told the amount of my bill did not qualify for payment plan. So i made
five payments monthly till it was paid off.
Each month i received a threatening letter that i would be reported to credit bureau. I cant be the only one this happens to. Write to your states attorney generals office as I did. And since labcorp
refused to reply to Ca Attorney generals
office its a " black mark" on them.
Does a reputable and honest company
refuse to reply to comsumer complaints
by both consumers AND to a STATE Gov
office? Obviously the answer is no!
I can see how they get away with it in thier own state of North Carolina.
But they must be protected by thier
political donations to the right places.
