On my last 3 visits to Lab Corp at 2214 E. Fry Blvd., Sierra Vista, AZ I have arrived a few minutes before they open at 7:00 a.m.

They don't open the door until 7:10 or even sometimes 7:15. By then there are several people waiting. So, we go in today and it's another 5-10 minutes before they show up to take your information. One of the vampires was texting on her phone instead of doing her job.

I always go early because I have to be at work by 7:45, I barely made it today.

It would be nice if they at least smiled and greeted the patients with a hello, but that never happens there. Plus there has never been an apology for the delay in getting started.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Have them open up on time! Which is 7:00 a.m..

I liked: Got my blood on the first poke.

I didn't like: Having to wait 20 minutes for them to start seeing patients, Way i was treated, Attitude and lack of professionalism of the receptionist, Customer service.
