March 29th I scheduled an appointment on line for 10:30 am on March 30th. Got there, New Port Richey, FL, signed in noting in the appropriate boxes my appointment and time, I then checked in at their new check-in kiosk and sat down to wait for my appointment.
The waiting room was full of people. Some really angry people had been waiting 2 hours but they were walk-in. I waited, and waited, and started getting annoyed. Finally I went to there option desk, stated I had had an appointment and pointed it out onthesign in sheet.
I was told they were just getting to my paperwork, now 45 minutes late. One of the staff mentioned the intake people were not paying attention to appointment holders.
Apparently this comment was supposed to make it all better. I will be looking for a new lab now.
