They did not have an additive for aa particular blood test. OK, that happens.

Said they would call. That never happened. Tried to call, no way to talk to a human or even leave a message. Tried to get a number for corporate via their website.

They don't list one in any place that is remotely findable. Tried calling thru Billing but you can't get a person without an invoice #. Now I have drive back to their offices just to ask when the additive will be in and if I should try another facility. Very inefficient organization that doesn't mind wasting their patients time and resources.

Health are at its very worst and I will point out the obvious, this is a private company and Obamacare has nothing to do with the horrible way this company is run.

If this is reflective of what you get from private health care then we are all in serious trouble.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any) as the author lost $104. This person is overall dissatisfied with Labcorp. The most disappointing about labcorp blood count at Labcorp was poor esrvice and customer service Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
