Brian Grajzar from LAbCorp have contacted after having an horrible experience with the incompetent employees (3 ladies, rude, careless....) but that we got the problem on the table, he won't return my calls, reply to my e-mails, for over two weeks now.

This is absolutely wrong to treat clients the way they do. The lack of response and careless has been dragging this problems for more than 5 months now.

I have conversations recorded assuming their mistake. I will make this experience of their service public and viral so everyone one know.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
