I'm so heartbroken right now over how poorly my husband was just treated at the white road little silver location. My husband had a quadruple bypass 14 days ago and was feeling horrible . We called the surgeon who sent us for stat cbc, chemistries and cultures . We arrived without an appointment because it was stat and the woman at the window said sorry we can't do anything about the wait without an appointment . We sat down and then waited 2 hours. We watched near 50 people go in and out. Strangers actually felt sorry for us and went up to the window and said they were worried but the woman said there was nothing she could do. We finally got back to the computer and the same woman said they couldn't help us because our surgeon wasn't in their system . I gave her his card and she was then upset and said now I have to do alot of paperwork because he's not in the system and threw a piece of paper in our face and said "fill this out" and walked away without even making eye contact or looking up at us!! I am a nurse with meridianhealth and almost died at how poorly and dismissive he was treated!!!! We then waited a half hour for her to fill out the papers and finally got done . I just can't express how shameful her attitude was- she should not be working with people. The phlebotomist who took his blood was so kind and helpful. But her at the Windows acting as the gatekeeper is appalling . While sitting in the decked waiting area I was able to watch her treat every single person after us the same way!!! Please please do something about this person. I'm calling our insurance company to let them know our experience and beg to go to another place.

Labcorp Blood Count Review from New York, New York

As my five-year-old would say "No home training!" I find some of the staff just lovely, but then there are the other staffers who are rude enough for me to spend time to review them. When I go up to a Labcorp desk, I expect the professional to reciprocate my respectful / friendly tone. I do not expect a gruff answer and to be dismissed. Very rude. This employee then spoke very rudely to her daughter on the telephone. I guess that is just how she is. When I am at my job, even though sometimes I don't like it, I try to put my best foot forward and do a good job, which includes being respectful to people. When there are patients coming in for bloodwork, it is not pleasant to begin with-a smile and professionalism from LabCorp employees should be their professional baseline.

Labcorp Appointment Review

Sitting at a labcorp now - been waiting for over an hour as there is only one person working. The person working is doing the front desk, blood draws and all paper work. Each patient is taking at least 30 minutes and the waiting room is over flowing with people. Horrible!!!!

Labcorp Online Appointment Review

I don't understand why you should make an appointment online and then proceed to wait an hour past your scheduled time even if you arrive before your time. If you're going to make it first come first serve, eliminate the need for appointment scheduling.

This place is the worst lab I have ever been to. Lazy workers had to wait 20 min in line because the girls were talking.

They are very rude like they don't want you there.

I'm glad I now have Kaiser they are very polite at kaiser. Lab Corp should be shutdown the only thing keeping them afloat is medical
