LabCorp review in Pelham, New York: Reimbursement for double payment of bill

On May 18 I sent you a check for 52.10 to pay for tests my wife Carole Mansky had on April 16 (Invoice No. 29804200). I subsequently found out that my insurance company also paid you. I have had 6 phone conversations with 6 different representatives of your company since July 1 and repeatedly been told that the reimbursement check was in the mail. Your people are liars (no doubt with the company's encouragement); your company should be ashamed of itself for chiseling like this.. Contact LabCorp CEO David King dave.king@labcorp.com He wants to help. He recently exercised his stock options and made $25 MILLION DOLLARS.

That accounts for only about ten percent of of his entire LabCorp holdings, so you can be sure that he really cares about the quality of his company's customer relations.

This lab is in middle town ny,,the worse ppl the worse doctors trust and believe.. they make you wait over 2 weeks for results they don’t respect medical certification or proscription recommendations by the state of ny..

they lay lack a lot in they’re work.. they need to be addressed

Absolutely horrendous! Waited an hour to simply have the receptionist call my name to take my insurance information then another hour went by without my name being called. In case you were wondering, there were only four patients at the time. everyone was upset about the time problem. on top of that, extremely rude people at the reception and nurse. I left without the blood being drawn. I just hope they don't charge me.

A name and blood draws is not a HIPPA violation. A name and the words -lab work- aren't PHI.

A large number of Physicians I'd even say the majority use sign in sheets.

Labcorp only carries 18-19 gauge butterfly needles which are smaller than the straight needle... I'm just saying, sounds suspiciously erroneous.

Visited on Saturday @ 11:23am. I went for drug test for my TLC license at 11:23am, but the nurse told me it's too late. On the TLC website, is showing that they are open until 12pm. I requested many times but and I told them that I came all the way from queens, kew garden. But, still they didn't let my drug test. They should change their hours of operations on TLC website. I don't have to tell you how rude they were, I hope you got it.
