Labcorp - Negative experience, terrible service
The waiting room was full and the employees were behind schedule.I did not get seen until more than an hour free my appointment.
The front desk staff was rude and not friendly at all. The technician spent time talking before she began drawing anyone's blood. There were 4 people in each respective room waiting to be seen for more than 20 minutes. The staff talked to each other by yelling down the hall.
My experience was overall very negative.
3/10 stars, very unprofessional.Also employees were constantly on their phones.
