About a month ago, I experienced poor service and unsanitary conditions, during a routine urinanalysis. I was forced by the specimen collector to put my belongings in the insulated biohazard storage container in the bathroom where they keep urine and blood samples.

They stated, that they used the bin for personal storage for coats, as opposed to the coat rack along wall.

When I expressed my concern, I was perceived as being difficult. Furthermore, the specimen collector was prejudice and rude.

Product or Service Mentioned: Labcorp Facility.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

No blood or urine is ever kept or stored in a lock box inside the bathrooms. They are specifically used for patients belongings whIle are having a drug screen test. The purpose of the lock box is so that employees/patient safety so nothing is damaged or stolen while the patient is in a controlled environment. If the box looked dirty or grungy and you are not comfortable, simply ask the tech to line it or leave all your belongings at home
