I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes ahead of schedule. Five customers were waiting in the hallway prior to my arrival.
A sign on the door indicated LabCorp had closed early the previous day because of snow. Today, every other office in the medical building seemed to be open, except LabCorp. The parking lot was quite full. Another customer gave the 800 number to call for LabCorp.
I was put on hold twice, waited about 20 minutes to speak to a real person. The person I spoke to was not empowered by LabCorp to make things right. I asked for the head of customer service. I was told the person's "supervisor" might call me back.
Sure. I will never use LabCorp again.
This was my first and only experience. Quest Diagnostics is better and more reliable, in my opinion.

Preferred solution: Put a real customer service system in place and don't let this happen again..
