Lab Corp - Mount Vernon - Customer Service and attitude of the employees are terrible! I signed in, was told there would be a wait, and asked how long the wait would be. I was told 30 minutes. I explained that I would return in 30 minutes. I returned in 28 minutes. As I walked back in the door, I watched the employee cross my name off the list; she looked up at me, and told me, in a snide tone of voice, "You will have to sign in again, and wait, because you left." I signed in again and waited.

Contact LabCorp CEO David King dave.king@labcorp.com He wants to help. He recently exercised his stock options and made $25 MILLION DOLLARS.

That accounts for about ten percent of of his entire LabCorp portfolio, so you can be sure that he really cares about the quality of his company's customer relations.

Every patient has to wait just like you. Most patients are fasting and a lot of them are diabetic so each patient gets the same service.

An estimate on wait time is very difficult in a lab because that next patient could have a complicated order or be a hard stick. One complicated order could make the wait time very long. If the tech says 15 minutes and it takes an hour, it makes people angrier when it goes beyond the time they quote.

Also keep on mindividual every time someone comes to the window, you are making the next person wait longer because you interrupted the tech and once 1 person interrups, more in the waiting room do the same. It sucks when you have to wait, everyone's time is valuable but be realistic, your ailments are not any worse than the person sitting next to you.

Have you considered making an appointment? If you think you had a bad expetience just try walking into california dmv and waiting 6 to 9 hours with a lot of pissed people trying to renew their license.

There is a much cheaper way to reduce blood presure without pills. Mindfullness. Breath and be present in the moment.

Works everytime against stress. That is of course high blood pressure is in your family history or just part of your genetical makeup but it does not appear so in your comment.
