I have never written a bad review in my life, but here goes: For the second time now, I have had to pay a bill to LabCorp TWICE because apparently they just can't be bothered to enter payments received correctly into their books. I send them a copy of my proof of payment, and then I STILL get a "This is going to go to Collections" notice.

What can I do? I don't want "collections" notices on my credit report, so all I can do is pay it again. They do not respond to either letters or phone calls.

Unfortunately, we don't exactly get to choose which lab our doctor uses, but I will definitely let him know how miserable I am about them. Ugh!!!!

Product or Service Mentioned: Labcorp Customer Care.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $48.

Preferred solution: I want to never have to deal with them again!.

LabCorp Cons: Getting billed twice.

Their "collections" is in house and does not go to your credit report. Pay exactly what you owe, no more, never give them a credit card number, and ask your physician to send you to a different lab. You should be able to choose your providers.
