I have never written a bad review in my life, but here goes: For the second time now, I have had to pay a bill to LabCorp TWICE because apparently they just can't be bothered to enter payments received correctly into their books. I send them a copy of my proof of payment, and then I STILL get a "This is going to go to Collections" notice.
What can I do? I don't want "collections" notices on my credit report, so all I can do is pay it again. They do not respond to either letters or phone calls.
Unfortunately, we don't exactly get to choose which lab our doctor uses, but I will definitely let him know how miserable I am about them. Ugh!!!!
