Labcorp was suppose to pick it up from that facility and do the screening. Called for an update three days later, and found out that Labcorp lost the specimen. Three weeks later I receive notice that I need to have the test done again. I called Labcorp, and was told that the found it on the 16th, but it was untestable. Of course it was untestable; you left it out for almost a week! (most likely "untestable" is code for we didn't find it but...

on June 9th 2016 I was tested for six random drug screens for drug court. Which I wanted to do to better my life. Long story short, One test came back as a positive screening then negative due to insufficient specimen. i haven't used since may 10 2016. I take my sobriety very serious and will make sure I or nobody else has to never go through this again with tests. Everyone with issues needs to file a complaint and investigation with the...

One of 3 possibilities here: wrong sample due to chain of custody violation, 2) Sample contaminated, or 3) the device or process used by Labcorp has not been properly calibrated with a control solution or the device or process is broken. I will never go to a Labcorp facility in the future that is for sure. I previously worked for a medical device company developing software for a blood-gas analyzer used to measure various blood gases - very...

Just for a freaking drug test. I feel like I have enough time to run across the street to Walmart, grab a solo cup, browse through the food aisle because you know I'm starving my this point, pay for my merchandise, walk...not run back across to labcorp, use their restroom, pee in that red solo cup and leave it there for them to process. And bam just like that I did their job for them. I'll even write my name on that *** cup. Word of advice...
