Went to the Lab Corp on Sandpiper Cir.In White Marsh, arriving at 8:39.

I signed in & took a seat. I waited until 9:40 & still was not called to verify my Insurance & liscense. I then asked the front desk when would I be called , I had been waiting over 1 hour? The woman proceeded to pick up 2 lists & asked another employee : "which list are you working from?".

She scanned a paper & stated :" oh , it will be a long time before you are seen". Which I answered : " how could that happen,? When all the people before me had been called?" She did not reply to my question. I work in the Medical Field , as I know what it is like to have a crowded patient office.

I will not be going to this Lab Corp ever again.

It is very poorly managed, there is a lot of socializing among employees.What a shame , customers are not treated well at Lab Corp.

Meanwhile, you've been fasting since at least midnight ...I'm diabetic and would have suffered badly from treatment like that.

Thankfully there's more than one lab (I hope).

Places are only as good as the employees peanuts, get monkeys.
