Last time I checked, labcorp check in is not a finger print. It captures from a driver's license. Maybe that's why it took so long, you were at the wrong lab

I am an "older person" and use technology quite often. To assume an entire demographic would have a problem with this is sheer ignorance on your part. If you have a direct issue with the company, that's one thing. Campaigning for others like you're their official spokesperson is another.

LabCorp in Los Angeles, California - Over 35 min wait

I made an appointment for 11:45 am today 5/10/19 I was there on time, however, I was called in at 12:20. Whats the point of making and appointment when a client has to wait like the rest. It is kind of annoying, had I not made an appointment it would have been different, but not acceptable 35 min wait. Thanks for listening.

LabCorp in Los Angeles, California - Errors billing

Details
Lab tests done once in 08/2018. Paid in full by 12/2018. Have checks that cleared bank 12/2018. Still receiving bills every 2 weeks. Said that sent me to collections despite showing cancelled checks. Investigating legal action against Lab Corp. look it up, they get sued several times each year and they lose.

My appt. made on line for Jan. 14th 2019. No one at desk, the new kiosk system being used by someone that did not have an appt. Waiting room was freezing cold. When staff came to desk she was very terse stated I needed to use kiosk even though I had an appt. & took a customer without an appt. ahead of me. Needed to stand at kiosk for 10 minutes or more giving same info as I had on-line, very customer unfriendly. Most people that need lab work done are ill, standing at a kiosk in an extremely cold waiting room repeating info that LabCorp already has is ridiculous!! I would rather pay cash then go to this location again in Brodheadsville, PA.
