Labcorp - Horrible

Appt 7:45 now 8:15 still waiting . Went in back to use restroom and lab techs were sitting playing on phones rather than doing jobs . 7:30 appt got called back at 8:10. Ridiculous. All staff will say is “you are next- waiting on lab techs.

Labcorp - Potentially dangerous policy

I am told that I cannot receive the result of MY lab work until 72 hours after my physician has received it. I also cannot have the results faxed to me. Nevertheless faxing is a main method of receiving medical information in medical clinics.

Labcorp - Horrible customer service

I had a scheduled appointment and still waited an hour. The only reason why my name was called was because I asked how much longer. Everyone that walked in after me was being helped. The front desks excuse was that I didn't write the appointment time. These workers should be properly trained!

Labcorp - Ridiculous

they say to check into the kiosk, but then you also have to sign in, there is no mention of that anywhere except for one sign on the opposite side of the room on the wall....I had to get up and say something after waiting 30 minutes past my appointment, Im still waiting to go in, i still havent been ask to pay yet...my appointment was at 9:15....
