Made an 8:45 AM appointment (#22195630) at 7431 N University Dr, Tamarac FL33321 location, arrived at 8:31 AM, only drew blood at 9:35AM.Office had about 45 people waiting. This an "appointment only office" so the mind boggles at why they are making more appointments than they can handle. After 45 mins of waiting I mentioned I was fasting and needed to eat soon to avoid a low blood sugar. I also told them I had suspended basal my insulin pump....

My wife (Julie Seymour) had blood work done by LabCorp in. September 25, 2015.We have CareFirst Blue Cross / Blue Shield insurance which generally covers 90% of this type of testing. Labcorp does not provide them with the information to resolve this properly. Now I have to help my doctor track this down and get it resolved so I don't get billed. Doctor provides me with correct code and I take that to the labcorp office. The surly receptionist tells me she cannot do anything. I have to push her to tell me how to get it resolved. for general fatigue and they took blood samples and had LabCorp perform 10 analysis. The bill for this in the past has cost me about $260-$300 I was shocked at my latest bill for $1430!!!! She also continued taking urine specimens for drug testing. Upon my questioning her, she has been at Ohio Pain & Rehab since May 2016 & the issue with John & the code hasn't been working since last week. What it did show was autoimmune hepatitis, autoimmune gastritis, Lupus, and Rheumatoid factor was high. I finally went back to original doctor and gave his office a piece of my mind and they apologized and said that those results was reported along with 12 other people's results which were also screwed up by a technician at labcorp's main lab in tampa! As per pediatric suggestion, we went to blood test for my baby to LABCorp.
