I tried for several hour to contact them got them on the phone, when I as for of list of my payments, I was put on hold and the person never got back on the line.
I called again to explain how the person had me holding for a long time and so after I stated that, the person hung up.
This treatment is deplorable. I am trying to pay my bill in good faith and they put me in collections after making payment arrangements.
I also noticed that the letter they sent me to confirm the electronic payments has a completely different Invoice # than the collection letter that was sent. This is illegal practices
