This company has the worst customer service ever! They lost my specimen and tried to blame it on me.
They said it was too old to be tested however, it was dropped off immediately after collection. Everyone was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Now, due to this and they lack of a response from Labcorp, I had to cancel my doctor appointment and now I am unable to get in for my follow up appointment with my doctor for another month because of their incompetence.
How can a business stay in business with such horrible customer service and care? I highly recommend using an alternative company if you have a choice!
