This was my second visit and again the "fax" machine was out of ink for 3 months and they could not receive orders from doctors. The lobby air conditioner is off and it is 90 degrees, is and filled with very frustrated people.
Everyone is the phone with their physician trying to get them to email the orders to the Labcorb email address. Oh by the way, it is not a direct email it is a central location, so it will take hours!!!!!!!!!!! I called their corporate office to complain and I was told that all complaints are handled via email to a central computer and then reviewed. Are you kidding me!
I will NEVER walk into one of their facilities again. 100% failure.
