I walked into LabCorp thinking that my insurance would be accepted. After waiting close to 40 minutes in their crowded waiting room I was asked for I'd & insurance card.

They said they don't accept my insurance and pushed my cards and lab sheet back to me.

Why can't they give people an idea when they first arrive that they don't take certain insurance plans and then give them an option as far as what other company open on that Saturdays. Because they don't care that's why!

That was so wrong and what they should have done is proceed with your tests. It's your responsibility to know where you need to go per your insurance.
