LabCorp Tampa Medical Tower - Lab tech arrived into the room already wearing gloves, touched almost everything in the room including me, drew blow, touched a lot more things then left the room with the same gloves she had when she entered the room.

Uhhh what kind of irresponsible parent are you to bring a 3 year old with you during your drug test, without another adult to supervise it? You deserve an automatic fail. And should have your nursing license revoked, if you are truly an RN if you claim.

They are so UNDER STAFFED that it is ridiculous!!! The first location I went to turned me away because they were understaffed with a full lobby of people already waiting. So, I scheduled an appt to go to another location for later that day and..... Even with an appt. the wait was pretty much 4 WHOLE hours loooong. If I didnt have to take a drug test for a new job, I would have left. There were only 2 staff on duty the first hour, one went on break, leaving the one behind with a waiting room of 17#, to not only service patrons but to work the front desk and answer calls as they came in. The one staff person that went on break, was the one that most people needed to do their labs/drug testing because the other staff person wasn't trained to do so. With an appt. time of 12:15, the second staff who had left at 1:15 for break, returned late from break at 2:33, and with three people in front of me- I my darlings, received services at 3:44 pm..

This is a medical lab. No products bought or sold.

The person administering lab test used her phone while my niece was urinating, pointing it directly at her. No phone should ever be in restroom while these tests are being conducted.

Keep cell phones out of the lab and restrooms! Retrain all employees on HIPPA Laws and just general common sense and cusotmer service.
The staff is rude, do not provide instructions on take home tests, and lazy (missed a day of work to get lab work done, they never entered a confirmed fax into the system for blood work.) I have been into the referenced above location 3 times in a week. Brittany at the...

Trust me the WPB office is filled with clueless people, lab , wherever it was taken to, most likely as well, since all my tests came back false negative.

a waste of nerves and a loooot of money.

I had gone to the lab twice, with appointments both times, and both times, I was told, you don't have an appointment. How can someone be so rude. I had a confirmation number as well. When I showed it the black girl, she snatched it out of my hand and threw it away, and proceeded to tell me, Now, you don't have an appointment" What is wrong with Labcorp. They had one girl there, I think her name is Jackie, where was she? She was so nice, never gave the people in the lobby a hard time, always apologetic. When I asked about where she was, The black woman said, "I got that b**** fired" I couldn't believe what I had just heard. I will NEVER do business with this company again.

I booked 5 appointments with Labcorb for my family. Out of the five appointments, they lost three faxed request from the doctors office. My husband had to have them fax another request while he waited to get his blood work done. My son has to go back for the third time, due to the fact they could not find two fax request from the doctors office. When I spoke to the doctors office they had fax confirmations on all the fax request sent. Labcorp in turn blamed the doctors office. Now not only does the doctors office have to fax, yet another, request for my son, they will also be faxing all the confirmations for the "lost request" they lost! Talk about a waste of ones time! This will be the last experience with Labcorp. I am sure they are other Lab companies that can at least keep track of their medical records.

This company is a joke. I found out that my favorite phlebotomist was fired for telling the truth about some shady things going on. Needless to say, I will NEVER use this company again. And the asking for a credit card is a scam.

Terrible service.front desk had me sign my name then disappeared for 10 min i had no idea of what to next.I had to wait for two hours for a drug test .the testing is only from 11 am to 2pm .its 230.
