The representative I talked to, believe her name is Lori was absolutely phenomenal! I could not get into my account because of a deleted email address.

She guided me through the process of reestablishing my account and actually stayed on the line with me until I reconnected. You dont get customer service like that very often.

LabCorp is lucky to have her as a representative in customer support. Very professional and caring indeed.

Horrible service

Horrible customer service. They want you to check in on machines that do not work.

The machine did not recognize my secondary insurance, so I keep getting bills and even went to collections, which affected my credit. The front desk clerk named Lelanni and the technician named Ed Larry were very rude and not at all helpful.

The lady I spoke with was very unhelpful and very rude to say the least I would not recommend lapcorp to anyone loosing lots of money for not getting the results I needed today so very upsetting
