I went for general blood work today and had to wait 25 Min. There was no one in the entire waiting room and only 1 person left the office while I waited.
When I was seen, the Phlebotomist asked me for a credit card which I did not have on me. Then he asked me for a debit card and I told him that I did not have it on me either. I told him I was just seen two weeks in a row and they never asked me for a card. My insurance pays in full.
He got really pissed and started slamming things down on the cabinet and got really rude with me. I was really uncomfortable with this guy and his attitude. It was at the office in Pleasant Hills PA.
The same thing happened to someone else I mentioned this to also.
As soon as they ask for money and you say send me the bill or it is covered in full. They get a serious attitude.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
