Labcorp - Receptionist Review from Tucson, Arizona

I had to take a drug test and could not locate the facility. There was no signage to identify the building and I literally drove around in a circle for THIRTY minutes looking for the upper Riverdale rd location while calling them every three minutes because their phone kept hanging up in my face. When the receptionist finally answered after THIRTY minutes of getting hung up on, she was laughing and giggling with someone else in the background. Then she calmly told me that they're located behind the quick trip. No apologies or anything. This place is very unprofessional!

Going to LabCorp was my worst experience, I went to your lab at 8313 Southwest freeway Houston TX 77074, the lady there was extremely racist and bias, she did not called me because she did not like my name and wgen I got up and ask her the reason she yelled at me and said we cannot call your name if you want us to do your test we can only call you by your initials. When I asked the other lady for the manager to other lady she said our manager is not here and I was talking while the same racist woman came out and asked me to get out before she will ask police to throw me out pr arrest me for complaining. I need to talk to someone so they can take an appropriate action, her attitude with other customers was extremely racist. You can contact me on my email that is tahirrazvi@gmail.com

They did not have an additive for aa particular blood test. OK, that happens. Said they would call. That never happened. Tried to call, no way to talk to a human or even leave a message. Tried to get a number for corporate via their website. They don't list one in any place that is remotely findable. Tried calling thru Billing but you can't get a person without an invoice #. Now I have drive back to their offices just to ask when the additive will be in and if I should try another facility. Very inefficient organization that doesn't mind wasting their patients time and resources. Health are at its very worst and I will point out the obvious, this is a private company and Obamacare has nothing to do with the horrible way this company is run. If this is reflective of what you get from private health care then we are all in serious trouble.

LabCorp in Hollywood, Florida - Terrible!!! LAB very workflow is extremely slow

I have to take my daughter for 3 times and spend over 3.5 hrs waiting is ridiculus and the employees are all in a "don't care any more" mode they are just to have over 30 people waiting. Fasting Adults with diabetics, kids with empty stomach for hours and they simply take their time to process each patience; its cruel and not professional. management is definitely absent from that place. i definable feel this place needs to be reported officially. Make an appointment is also not an option because you still have to wait about 1.5 hours whats the point.

Rude staff! Sloooooowwwwww! Front desk lady even had me wait for 30 minutes, just to tell me my son and I couldn't be seen without actual insurance cards, she couldn't have informed me of that when I first walked up to the counter, not like I just drove 20 min to get here or anything. Alas my license and policy number would not suffice. 30 more minutes we went hungry and thirsty to be turned away. Nice!! Save yourself from a bad day and horrible customer service. We will next be trying quest who I called and they said all they needed was my license and policy number lol, they must have a newer system?..maybe labcorp bills in morris code or something..we might try martin bloodwork even, anywhere but labcorp!

I am currently at los alamitos office on cherry avenue. , very unfriendly staff. 10 minutes Kate opening doors on morning with bad dis positioned employees and grumpy . This place is a dump with a very small small restroom that some people barely fit in it !

In violation of HIPAA, Labcorp requires you to obtain Microsoft Software and provide email information to get your records

Not only is this a clear violation of HIPAA, but is extremely unethical to deny patient records unless you use set up a Microsoft Software account to get access!! This process is unethical, cumbersome and puts a real burden on the patient requiring yet another account login and password to keep up. I complained to at their corporate and the Federal HIPAA level and they send me my lab results as a 'favor' for one time only!! Though I'm against more government regulation, these type of practices have to be stopped at the federal level with 'personal' accountability to the executives implementing these type of policies instead of punishing stock holders by levying fines. I will not be using them in the future.

I recently had an online appt with the lab for routine lab work. When I walked in all the seats were taken. It was 7:45 am. the time for my appt. There was only one secretary at the desk and she was doing multiple jobs. I felt sorry for her. I was finally taken back at 9:00 am. I must mention probably 6-7 people walked out because of the extened wait. I understand things happen but I have never had this long a wait before and I go every six months! Your employee definitely needs help!!! I can see why everyone left. Very bad patient service
