These people are very unprofessional. Bill collecting is still a way of customer service, maybe you can try asking me " how may we assist you" or greeting and then stating they would like an account number to get things started. Every time I make a call these women are rude, its hard to make sure i get all of the information and questions I need because they give little information and in a rush to get off the line.

Came here for a drug test at 1:00 (which I was told to be here then) only to find out that they do not re-open until 2:00. Then rather than the only lady working help me right away after she unlocked the doors she takes TWO personal phone calls! Very unprofessional!
