1 Had an appointment for blood drawing . Not busy when I got there and still waited 25 mins. 2 Had a fungal antibody panel done previously that includes 4 items. I was only interested in coccidiomycosis. The reagent was not available so it was not done. Four months later I wanted to find out if the reagent was available. I was told if customer service couldn't help me to speak to someone in the Rareton lab. I was told I could not be transferred. Neither "Susan" nor "Maurice" had a clue what I was talking about and when I told I would be transferred to a tech by Susan and a supervisor by Maurice no one picked up. A general question that someone who worked in the lab would be able to answer. I would have been less frustrated calling Domino's Pizza for information than Labcorp customer service.

Rude robot like desk clerk

On 02/27/18 I arrived for labs at Spectrum LabCorp Val Vista. A rude young man checked me in. He was very short and curt with myself and other customers, appeared to be having bad morning, seemed angry. Absolutely NOT the type of person you should have at check in.

Lab results lost

I came to LabCorp about two weeks before an annual physical for tests ordered by my physician. When I got to the office for my physical my doctor did not have thr test results. He called LabCorp and was told there were no results available. I just went to the LabCorp office on Bloomingdale and was told that I had never come in for the blood draw as though I'm senile. I received a bill for Date of service 11.02.2017 in December 2017. I automatically set up my bank account to send them $15 payments every two weeks starting 12-14-17. My balance was $146.42. Today I received a collections letter from Lab corp!! I called and asked how I could be sent to collections when I am making $15 payments every 2 weeks faithfully...I was told that they send out invoices every 21 days and if I don't have it paid in full by the 7th invoice it will go to their outside collection agency and on my credit report.!!!! Then the nasty lady asked me why I was only making $30/month payments?? I told her because that is what I could afford. This is what doesn't' make sense.. She also told me that if I set up a payment arrangement with them and make payments on line or by phone every month then I wouldn't go to collections!!!!!!! WTH. These people are greedy crooks. Will not use them again

Drug Screen

Took a drug screen March 27. Just got clearance April 4. I was not allowed to work till drug screen was cleared. I am a working hourly person and waiting 8 days cost me a lot of money because Labcorp’s slow turnaround.

Staff are consistantly rude, lazy and incompetent at each location

I dread when an employer uses this company for pre-employment drug testing. The staff are rude and often refuse to do their jobs. In spite of having posted hours of operation, they don't honor them.

If you arrive 30-45 minutes before their lunch or closing they refuse to help you or tell you to go to another site.

On my most recent visit to the 11111 Nall Avenue Leawood, KS 66211 location, the rude clerk told me that she had done too many drug tests and could not help me. This site being a dedicated drug testing site means that this is all they they do and she blatantly refused to do her job.

So their hours are operation are also at the mercy of an often slow and worthless staff beig in the mood to do the job they are paid for.

Billing Fraud

Lab corp is ripping people off. I went of my annual physical in 2016 and lab corp sends me over 300.00$ billing and upon back and forth with doctor office and lab corp.

Lab corp said it was there mistake so they will correct it and i will not be charged going forth. So i said send me a letter which stats that so they mailed me a letter which states my balance is ZERO on 7th march 2017.

And now again end of the year 2017 all of sudden they started sending me same letter and now sending it to collection agency.

I have reached out to my lawyer to fight against it because i have a letter from LAB CORP which stats it ZERO balance and after over 6 month asking for the same bill i mean who in the world does that.

It not about 300.00$ its about LAB CORPS VALUE and i would say it also quested there INTEGRITY. Contact-dharmesh224@***.com

Made me fill out papers with *** on my hands

I went to Labcorp in Cockeysville to do a drug screening. I went to the bathroom to *** and they asked me to bring out my specimen and give it to them. I complied and then I asked if I could wash my hands. She said no because I couldn't turn my head. The basin was right there for me to wash my hands and still look at her in the process. She had me to stand there with urine on my hands and to sign papers with urine on my hands. Unbelievable. She didn't offer me a wipe or anything. I called one of your other Labcorp locations and they said that is not their policy. I also called other labs and they said they couldn't believe it. I too have been to another lab in the last few months and I didn't experience anything like this. This is abusive and deplorable. The team there today said that this is your policy because these are federal guidelines. What?

I walked into LabCorp thinking that my insurance would be accepted. After waiting close to 40 minutes in their crowded waiting room I was asked for I'd & insurance card. They said they don't accept my insurance and pushed my cards and lab sheet back to me. Why can't they give people an idea when they first arrive that they don't take certain insurance plans and then give them an option as far as what other company open on that Saturdays. Because they don't care that's why!

That was so wrong and what they should have done is proceed with your tests. It's your responsibility to know where you need to go per your insurance.

I walked into Lab Corp at 11:15am on 2/26/2018. I was the only person in the waiting area. As far as I know their was only one other person having lab work. Once the technician becomes visible it took her 10 mins for her to rudely say “come thru the the doors”. I greeted her with a “hello”. Nothing from her! The technician was the rudest person and should never work with the public. The women was so unprofessional the whole entire time I was at lab Corp. I will never go back to that location again

Horrible mistreatment

Mar, 28 the place closes at 3:30 the lady wanted to leave, I got there 2:58 and my dr had sent in the prescription earlier the lady claims I didn't get anything so I called my dr office confirmed the fax# she promised me she had sent but she'll do it this second while I'm looking thru the window I see a fax coming thru, the lady in Labcorp had left to do testing on someone else she comes back grabs the fax and says nothing came for isaac ur was close to 3:30 then called me and tells me nothing came in for you so times is up you'll have to came back tomorrow, this is horrible and disgusting after waiting for an half hour

Where are my results???

Blood sample taken on Feb 9, 2018. Staff was very good and courteous. No complaints at all about the facility. They got results to my primary care doctor the next day (on a Saturday). However, it's now March 5 and they've not been posted on my portal, so that I may take them to my other 2 doctors who need them. I had to have my primary care doc fax them to me. Seems like a long time to wait for LabCorp to post results on my portal that they've had for 3 and a half weeks. Am not happy with this company. Also, they haven't answered any of the 5 inquiries I posted about this on their "Contact Us" site. Dumb and dumber. ..Will go elsewhere for lab work in the future.

Same here!!!! NO WAY TO GET YOUR RESULTS.

They don't pick up the phone at the location I submitted tests, they have not sent the results to my doctor yet 3 weeks later. Also, you can't register a minor to get their results online.

The results are posted 48 hours after you doctor received your final results. It only applies to business days.

Saturday is not a business day therefor your results are not posted till tuesday or early wednesday. Call your doctor for faster results.

Poor check in process

Labcorp has decided to add kiosks to checkin process. Sign above says checkin here.

However after checking in and it says you are successfully checked in you apparently need to also sign a piece of paper like before to also checkin. People have been sitting for at least an hour before and did not sign paper.

This is at labcorp on crystal rock in Germantown on mar 24 2018. Very poor process needs new office manager

And I have been sitting here at LabCorp for one and a half hours we are sitting on the floor and there's only probably eight chairs inside of here. There's people with canes, there's people with oxygen and they are standing around waiting on one woman to sign them in.

This is the worst run facility I have seen in a very long time.

BTW.... We haven't even filled out paperwork!
