LabCorp in Winter Haven, Florida - Very disappointing

I made an appt for 7:00 am, I arrived at the Winter Haven, FL location at 6:50. The waiting room was full and the site manager, Monica had one customer at the window. All I heard was her talking personal with coworkers. 7:00 came and went, I went to rhe window at 7:03 and said I had a 7:00 appt. She said she was behind. Still holding personal co versat up ons she called other customers up. Finally at 7:12 I was called, then it was 3 more minutes I was called back. I needed to be at work so thats why I made an appt. If I had gone to Quest Diagnostics they take you back right at your appt time. If they would di their work instead of talking everyone could have gotten in faster. A lady beside me said she had been there waiting since they opened and all she could here was Monica talking personal. Not a very good ma ager, not very goid customer service. Wont go there again

Nasty Workers in New Platz LabCorp

Knowing it was a holiday they said they would be open until 12 noon. OK so I went and the lights were out upstairs and in the office. Attribute to the holiday. Never once did they say there was no power and told me to go to one down the road. I came back in and said there was confusion, she said to me very sarcastic, "there is no confusion, we have no power" then the one sitting behind her really loud started to laugh like I'm the idiot..... First off they should have put a note on the door, second if there is no power then what were they doing there? Just to be nasty to everyone that came in? All they had to say was "were sorry there is no power and refer to the one down the road" they did not have to get nasty. I will never go to that one again!!!!

I am going to preface this by saying I have a huge fear of getting blood drawn. I went to a draw site on 9/23 to get my blood work done. I had a 10:15am appointment. I was annoyed I wasn't taken until 20 minutes after my appointment time, but whatever, stuff happens....

LabCorp in North Port, Florida - Great service & nice nurse

Went to Lab Corp on 9/27/2017 in North Port Fl. 34286 on Tamiami. The lady that drew blood was as nice as could be! I didn't even feel it! She was working the front desk alone & taking tests, answered phones, and was so good at customer service. I wish I had asked her name. She was African American, bigger women. LabCorp - "The Butcher Shop" on Palm and Pines

Went to Lab Corp on 9/5/17 with orders from 3 doctors. Woman at desk took 30 minutes to register me. (Should have been my 1st clue.) Got into room and handed tech my urine sample and she said that it was not required. (2nd clue) My kidney doctor always requires urine so the tech looked at his orders and there was a urine request. Blood was taken and I went on my merry way. However I only got 2 results. The receptionist (?) did not record the orders from one doctor obviously. So, now I need to return to that horrible-place for a retake. Quest is beginning to look very tempting. Lab Corp needs to be more particular in the hiring of their staff. A good percent of them are rude, unfriendly and appear to be practicing when drawing blood.

Restview hiills ky was a bad experience witj the nurse that took my blood i just ask are ypu gentle because i dont like pain he said well ypu have to take it is like a dentist i said it was a joke but he said it wasnt he was not frienly and did not know if my order said to get sample of urine.

A bit upset. Phone message and advertisement says that Labcorp in Mission Viejo opens at 7, arrived here and they said 8. Waste of my time. Need to communicate to clients about this error in your part!!! Not happy

LabCorp - Impossible to reach a real person by phone

I had a perfectly fine experience having my blood drawn at a local Lab Corp site here in Denver. I needed to let them know to send the results to an additional doctor and could not find a number that would connect me to a real person. Instead, it was a continuous loop recording. When I found a number through the "Gethuman" website, I was on hold for about 30" and then, when I explained why I was calling and my frustration with the inaccessibility, the Lab Corp rep hung up on me. This is a company that deals with PATIENTS and it should not be hiding from them. In the future, I will go anywhere but Lab Corp for my lab needs.

I went to this 100 Timberhill Pl,Chapel Hill, NC 27514 to have my blood drawn with an appointment time schedule at 9am. I arrived before 9am but I noted on the paper that I arrived at 9am. I will never ever go here again. It's a very unorganized set up. Sign in at the door and ring a bell. That's ridiculous. I would rather do business elsewhere outsides going to this unorganized place again with an appointment time and still have people outside waiting. Looks like to me that there should be more than just one person in the lab. Poor customer service at this particular location.
