I have insurance.

Absurd...that I can only reach them by calling 1-800-845-6167 between 8am and 5pm, Monday-Friday.

Ain't nobody got time for dat.

I'm never going to LabCorp again.

LabCorp in Plano, Texas - Friday, a half hour after opening

I'm probably the 15th person signed up for their day. There are already people complaining that they've been open a half hour and only two people have.gone back. So annoyed, in fact, that two people leave and a mother waits by the window to complain. After a few minutes, no one had come to the window.so she goes back to confront them. Not sure what happens, but the guy at the window is very aggressive in his response and has a I don't care about you, attitude. Then outloud said,"I don't have time for this.*** today." On her defense, after she complained, 2 people went back within 5 minutes. But really. That is pretty silly. All he while he is playing his music loud enoughfor us to hear - inappropriate. Every other time I've gone to LabCorp, I've only had to.wait 5-15 minutes. I thought showing up at 745, I'd be out by 830 latest. I'm getting a prolactin test, and it has to.be done by 8-9. Right now, it is 815, and I still have 8 people ahead of me.

This has nothing to do with Laboratory Corporation of America if you do not take the time to complain to them. Lab Corp is huge, with thousands, and thousands of employees all over the US and Canada.

You really need to call main office to let them know what is going own at a particular location in order for it to be addressed. If enough complaints come in, I'm sure they will take care of it.

Lab Corp is a fantastic Company.

LabCorp - CANNOT SEEM TO BILL MY INSURANCE

Sending me dunning notice after dunning notice, already contacted them *twice* and GAVE THEM MY INSURANCE POLICY NUMBERS. No claim appears on the insurance page, and then they keep on sending increasingly hostile letters. These people are beyond incompetent. I wish it was business hours, because I am HOT right now. They better get their *** together, and fast.... because if they try to put a blotch on my credit, I will sue them so hard I will own the damned place. And then, when I own it, I will see if I can straighten out their incredibly incompetent organization.

Exact same thing happened to me. Labcorp kept sending my claim to the wrong insurance company, and sent me increasingly threatening letters.

I called way more than twice. Can't say enough bad things about this incompetent company using threats to intimidate people into paying claims they are not responsible for.

I apologize that the employee didn't explain this a little bit better to you so you can have a better understanding. We don't actually take a hold if you looked at the funds on your card they were still available the same amount prior to your visit.

The reason for this is people coming in with insurance cards that are not valid or they have been cancelled.

The amount that you see on the paper you sign is a pre-authorization about saying if your insurance is not eligible you will be charged the entire amount of the exam, this is typical for any medical office. I am sorry you had a bad experience :)

Labcorp needs more workers

Arrive at 6:30am is 9am have not call yeat. I'm Here every month and is the same. The employees are over worked and tire they should hire more people and stop the freeze. Stop being cheap. We deserved better Will send to the insurance. Maybe other company are more careful with the clients. This is not free we all pay or have insurance. Why are we being treated this way. Very upset. With this company and so are most of the people here. Shame on labcorp. I will bring this up to memorial hospital and UM hospitals. Must be here @least 40 to 50 people not including 15 OUT SIDE now. Ridiculous and unethical. Specifically for the little children, elderly and the sick

Staff is rude, especially receptionist. Waiting room full, and no one helped in the last 30 minutes. Maybe a sense if urgency is needed here

All those patients and probably only one employee. I feel sorry for the people who work there that have to take a beating from the upset patients everyday.

Wake up people this is a nation wide company. It's the same complaint in every state. Then when the employee has had enough they quit or end up in a crazy house.

Has anyone ever wondered when these poor employee's get a break if they are by themself? How do they help all those patients in such a short time?

When I called labcorp to ask about my test results they told me to ask my doctor.My doctor is in San Jose Costa Rica, I don't think I will waste my time calling their office, they obviously won't know anything about it. Yes you have to call your md. 1.

It is a hippa violation for them to give you anything over the phone and without some form of photo id. 2. Results do not go to sevice centers or to out of the country docs.

Your order would have had to come from a US based md. Surely you did not present the staff with a script from costa rica.
