LabCorp in Kansas City, Missouri - Cannot verify test results was sent to doctor

I went to a Labcorp office, had a nice normal experience. I called my doctor 6 days later and the doctor's office had received no results. I tried to call Labcorp. They don' answer the phone !!!! The website only gives long general tape recordings. The Labcorp website gives one telepone number which is only a recording. My doctor would never call them, he didn't know where I was getting his test. Labcorp is trying to save money by having its employees talk to no one. I FEEL MANIPULATED, ITS BAD ENOUGH BEING SICK, I DONT HAVE A CAR, I MUST TAKE MY BODY TO THEIR OFFICE, THEN GET LOST.

Same lady. I spent another half hour on wait trying to contact The Giant Labcorp.

They hate to answer phones? After a transfer and wait I tried to get the woman who answered to slow down and listen to my question. I said shut up, yes I did. She said I am going to hang up and she did.

The staff is overworked and under trained. Pay your workers not your executives.

I looked up lab corp locations online after my doctor's office said I could get my blood labs drawn at either a Quest Diagnostics or a Labcorp location. I chose Labcorp because there was a location next to my house. The hours for the location stated it closed at 4:30PM...

LabCorp in Olive Branch, Mississippi - 2 days over 2 hr wait and they do not care

I took my son in to lab corp for some test and we waited over 2 hours and still no service so we had to leave next day we come 1/2 before they open and it took 3 hours . I called to complain and they said go to another office , i tell them everyone in waiting room is complaining and they said nothing we can do about it. Receptionist treat people like garbage . No doctor or business should ever use labcorp. I checked bbb and labcorp is rated a F that speaks for its self. This is a company the treats people like trash and has no regrets in doing so . Check there site and see if you have a customer service number , you don't because they do not care . They have numbers for collecting money and for you to send them customers but none to find out how they make you wait or treat you like trash.

with obomacare it will only get worse!! Dr's office are no longer paid what it COSTS them so you are stuck with this terrible place.

LabCorp in Stow, Ohio - Liars. Slow. Ridiculous

A request for a GC/MS confirmatory drug test was submitted for my urine sample on Friday, January 17, 2014. The website states that results from this test are expected in 24-72 hours. I called during the following week throughout this period and was told either 24-72 hours or 3-5 business days, depending on who I talked to. Today is the 5th business day and it is now over and I have still not received my results. I called three times today and only when I called at 4:45pm (15 minutes prior to close) did someone tell me that the GC/MS tests take longer, but could not tell me how long. I've been consistenly lied to and no one will give me a straight answer. Ridiculous.

LabCorp in Stockton, California - Insurance billing incompetence

i came from dr's office for lab work. they forgot my insurance info. it was early am. i told them i ha insurance. i was billed that i didn't have insurance. i found out that i have been billed doubted. it has taken months of calls to get them to send info to my insurance. my info keeps disappearing. they want to bill my insurance double, knowing i will have to pay it out of pocket. they are incompetent n handling of billing info and rude! i have spent 3 months going in circles! i have given my information to many people and no on can find, or they give other information

LabCorp in Brandon, Florida - Wrong bloodwork

After I had in my hands the new medications suscribed by my Dr., I noticed that the bloodwork report copy have a different date of birth and different address. I had to go back to the Dr's office and they told me that I have to start over, what means that I waisted my time going fasting for the bloodwork, going to my Dr's appointment and having a medication that I might don't need it. I'm a disabled person with a lot of medical problems and I feel very frustated. My insurance only accept Labcorp, how can I trust in you guys. Jose L. I'm having problems with labcorp billing department as well. At first, they stated they did not have my insurance information and I knew right away that was a lie because my insurance information was printed on that particular statement.

I contacted my insurance company who told me that I did not owe any money and the bill was paid in full. I had them email me a payment summary and I faxed it to labcorp's billing office. Labcorp sent me a letter stating that they could not find this payment and It was my responsibility to pay it. They started sending me letters from their collections office.

I called my insurance company again who told me they have called Labcorp and collection letters should stop while they investigate the payment. The letters stopped for a while until I received another one yesterday. How come out of all the healthcare providers that have billed my insurance they're the only ones that act as if they never received payment.

IM SO SICK OF THIS!!!! Labcorp please get your *** together.

LabCorp in Phoenix, Arizona - Worst Employer Ever???

My God. I started working there a few months before graduating college. My coworkers were unbelievably hostile and so was management. Who is rude to a new employee anyway??? Hello LabCorp, we're there to help YOU guys out. On top of the scary work environment it got to the point where I was working 12 to 13 hours every singe day. I worked in the laboratory and was expected to process 69+ specimens an hour. Pouring off blood, plasma, etc as quickly as possible. Keep that in mind before you get your bloodwork done at Labcorp, folks. Bottom line: Don't work for Labcorp. I quit after 6 months and went to work for a company that treats its employees like actual humans and not robots.

Labcorp use to be good to work for,now all you have is a bunch of liars.They have a contract service in Denton called JIT and they lose everything and have done it for years so I think they are paid off.I can't believe anybody would want to work for them

Lab Corp in Sewell, NJ Washington Pavillion treated me as a patient in a HORRIBLE, Unproffessional and threatening way.

I went in to their office and they lost my script from my previous visit. They did not take initiative to call my doctors office for a new script.

I was made to drive to my doctors office for the new script.

A technician named Dawn repeatedly said that I was in the wrong. I told her I deal with patients daily and never treated a patient that bad. Dawn stated I doubt that, I bet you do treat your patients bad.

Another technician stated we just took your blood so don't be mean to us.

I was only stating they should call my doctors office for a new script.My doctors office was on the phone with me at this time stating they will write a note about how badly I am being treated at Lab Corp.They heard Dawn and the other technicians verbally treating me bad. None of these technologists even tried to help me get my script, or care for me in a proffesional way.
