I had a lab order for a osmolality test of 3 urine samples collected myself at designated times. I collected the samples after fasting for 12, 14, and 15 hours respectively. On July 29th, I dropped off the three samples, each clearly marked with dates and times that...

$500
Takes at least 2 weeks to get results back. Simple tests, such as thyroid level tests, varicella (antibodies), etc. If you have a choice go somewhere else. This has happened to me twice. I will never go back. And as you can see from other people's comments, this seems...

LabCorp Over-charged me $262 for a simple blood work

All they want is your money and they CHEAT. My wife went there for a blood test and before she went there, we called their finance department and was told $240. After having the test, we got a bill for $502. Then we were told that $240 was cash price and we have insurance even though insurance does not pay a dime. After calling their finance several times, $502 was what we had to pay and their finance reps are rude and un-professional. They were yelling at me over the phone. We filed a complaint on Better Business Bureau and they did not care about it. It turns out it is not the first time they CHEATED: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/10/26/whistleblower-laboratory-corporation-of-america-medicare_n_1032654.html

Labcorp - Bloodwork Review

I went to the location near fair oaks on 50 in va a couple wks ago. I waited over an hr to be seen. Ppl who came in an hr after me were processed immediately and left. I thought they had appts; they didn't. I asked what happened and they said my name and another individual was overlooked and skipped. They did not ask for any identification. That's a big no no. I have serious health issues and needed the bloodwork to see if I needed radiation again. This was unnecessary suffering. The tech then decides to throw hazardous material into the bin and misses. That is a safety violation. The incompetence.

LabCorp in West Palm Beach, Florida - Two weeks waiting to receive thyroid levels is a little much!

Patient service rep was contacted, and stated that she could not tell me anything about my results. I informed her that I was not asking for my results, but inquiring about whether or not the results were sent to my physician. She stated that she could not tell me this info. My Dr. does not have the results, and Lab Corp doesn't seem to want to research my question. I can tell you this.....Lab Corp did not have any problem billing my insurance for this lab work... My Dr is attempting to find out where lab work went. This has happened to me once before, and since I routinely need labs done ...well..I am changing to another lab provider. Labs done 07-29-14 . Complaint: 08-11-14. Also, why have a customer service number, when assistance isn't available. Rep was short with conversation, and rude.

LabCorp in Tifton, Georgia - Pre-Employment Urine Test

I sent a newly hired employee to the Tifton, GA branch for a urine test. It took almost 2 weeks to get results!!! I had to call several different companies to finally locate our new employee's results. I called LabCorp, who then said to call Doctor Review Services, then to only call Fast Services... Every person that I spoke with seemed confused and answred the phone with "Hello?". This is one of the worst run businesses that I have encountered and will NOT be doing any business with them again as their lack of service is a reflection on my business. BEWARE!

Labcorp - Bad Provider Review from Brick Township, New Jersey

Computers were down again! Second time in as many days! I've been sitting here since 7:10am and not one staff person had the decency to address the over full waiting room of the situation and what the possible wait time could be. This is totally inconsiderate to all who are sitting here some who are sick and is not how a health care provider should be treating there patients. After my 2 hour wait today we will be looking for another provider and filing a complaint with the Better Business and both of our doctors as to the poor quality of service AND care you provide.

LabCorp in Los Angeles, California - Waited for an hour

I made an appointment online to have my book drawn at 1:15 pm , I got there at 1:00 pm and I left at 2:00 PM. There were definitely not enough people there, they even let one person that got there about 10 minutes after me to go before me. When I got there everybody in the room was already complaining about how long they had to wait.. and I was already scared but how many people were complaining they were waiting for 30 minutes.. It took me one entire hour to have my blood drawn! I'm considering changing my doctor because I can't do this anymore!
