LabCorp - Hours are not available for working people to make saturday appts

I worked on computer 2 different days to finally get an appt not when its works for me so now i have to loose a day of work because they only have 7am to start lab corps day and my day starts at 6am. Unsatisfied with their times of operation.Why do they have such limited appt hours and days it must be nice.I guess its time to flood insurance company with *** calls till they change their ways . Insurance companies only do whats cheaper for them not whats best for patients.I heard that Quest labs lost contract because lab corp under bid them so thats why these labs are poping up all over with awlful hours and monday through friday only.

On 10/06/14 I arrived at 6:45 am to labcorp to have my blood drawn when it opens. My wait should have been one hour an 15 minutes. At 7:38 I got out of the car and started for a line of more people that were arriving to have tests done at labcorp as well. I would have to say one of the worker show up, she did not seem like she work there all the time, but she was there and was trying to find the way in. There was no one else there but her, and she was very embarrassed because there was about 26 people in line waiting on the team that was scheduled the work on 10/06/14. At about 8:12 am the rest of the team showed up casualy walking, giggling like there was nothing wrong, and a 44oz drink in each of there hands. So, they must have had time to stop for a drink before they came to work. I guess workers have loss the importance of there patients or even what customer service means.

I would like the employees to be reminded of the importance of customer service
I visited the Tinley Park location 10/3/2014, and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service that was provided by the African American woman at the front desk. As I handed this woman my documents she said hang on to those I'll get them later have a seat....

Why do you feel the need to note the race of the employee? I guarantee you've never left a review for a horrible white employee and felt the need to point out that try were white.

Instead you would rather perpetuate negative feelings toward a particular group.

And for that, I do not care about the rest of your story. I'm glad you had a terrible experience.

Labcorp - Bad Service Review from Miami, Florida

Arrived at 7:33 for 7:30 appointment. This is the most disorganized place I ever been! They did not look at whether the appointment box was checked (I noticed that no one before me had an appointment). After four people before me were called I asked and got look at like I was. Well I forgot my ins. card do I had to have that faxed. It sat in the fax for 15 minutes. Finally after getting my ins card out of the fax she said she had to call to check if I was covered. I told her I've been to lab corp many times it is a$30.00 co pay. I finally had to leave they were so disorganized.

Labcorp - Rude Service Review from Tampa, Florida

Went to lab corp in parsipanny nj...nasty lab lady said that I would be billed.probably..and haned me the paper I said do I pay that now she said no..that they didn't put a code on the script..so isaid well call the dr ..she said she wasvto busy...ask if it was her job she said yes...I said well then call.. She wouldn't call..so I walked out she wanted me to call..I told her I'm not doing her job...she was going to take the blood on my husband who has dementia...still without a code..still I asked if it was her job to call again she said yes ..but she was to busy..doing nothing but standing there tell me she didn't have time to do it...

Labcorp - Incompetent Service Review

Came to lab corp in Glendale Az on 57th thunderbird to take regular routine drug screen after waiting an hour inquired about wait process due to a full bladder. ..wanting to know how much longer blood drawer Tamara Nepal was very rude instead of answering question explained to me their was another clinic down the street that I could go to....terrible front desk service. ...I would not recommend any companies network with lab Corp to drug screening...due to slow process and the way they treat their consumers. ...

LabCorp in Broomall, Pennsylvania - Unable to draw blood from 13 month old

LabCorp location#1: two technicians tried for 45 minutes to find a vein to draw blood for my daughter who ended up screaming and crying because of all the fumbling around. The one technician said to let her cry as it often improves dialation of the vein making it easier for them to stick her. Finally I had enough and we left. LabCorp location #2/#3: tried to call two locations noted on the website for pediatric services for over an hour with the phone rolling over to a useless automated message. Finally one location picked up - I asked how experienced were they at their location, who was the most experienced with young children and if I could book an appointment with that individual. The technician commented that she "should never have picked up the phone". I was also told that toddler draws were "difficult" and "sometimes they fail", to "bring her in" and they "would try" but they "couldn't guarantee anything". Outrageous that I have to waste hours of my life, take time off work, put my daughter through ***, suffer through attitude and ignorance because of the ***-poor quality of service. LabCorp is a complete joke and I would avoid at all costs.
