Labcorp did not give my doctor or myself the grade or origin of my cancer. I’ve tried everything!

I am calling the headquarters and 60 minutes and any news organizations that want this story. It’s my body!!!!

LabCorp in Rocky Mount, North Carolina - Front Desk employee very rude, aggressive and loud

Filed a complaint May 2014 when my husband went to have routine labs drawn and Kathleen was very aggressive about him giving her his credit card info.We have BCBST and they pay 100% of our labs and she knows this.I went 10/17/14 to have my labs drawn and this was the 1st time either of us have been back since the complaint.Kathleen asked if my husband had filed a complaint and I told her yes.She was very loud,aggressive when talking about this and said that she did not get into any trouble as she had been there for 15 years and they were not going to say anything to her.She said filing the complaint was a bad thing and he should not have done that.The window to the lobby was open and everyone in there could hear the whole conversation.This is clearly a HIPPA violation.Very un-professional and will be our last trip back to Lab Corp.

Classy behavior. Neither of you should have discussed any employee complaints.

I dislike LabCorp personally. Last time I was at one for a blood test, the employees were talking about how much they hate their jobs and managers.

I went to this office 11660 Alpharetta Hwy, Bldg 700, Suite 725, Roswell, GA 30076 to get an occupational drug screen.

I walked in and the lady, Judy, ignored me. I asked her if I needed to make an appointment and she said, no. I asked her to see if my insurance covered the blood work. She stared at my card and said,"we take your insurance, but I ain't going to find out what you are covered for." I told her that every medical service I contacted would either call ahead or when I arrived. This woman seemed to be uneducated and inarticulate and sarcastically said to me to have a good day. This is in Phelan, CA. I wrote a review of this and I will send a complaint letter to my doctor, Labcorp and whoever is the manager at this location.

Me and Husband as gone up to lapcorp on N broadway in oklahoma city for me to get a pre-employment drug test done so I can start my new job the drive is kind far for us so we went on 10/14//14 after he got off at at work after 4:00 when we got there the lady at the first desk was really rude with us instead of just telling us we missed the hours for the drug testing in polite manner she just acted like we were time up her time. So me and my husband got the times and when the next day so I can get it done so I can start my new job we got up there about 11:20 cause my husband had to work and take his lunch break to make sure I could get it done.We walked in and even without us saiding anything the same lady from the other day looked at us like we were *** and told that " Like I said yesterday the hours are 8:00-11:00 to 1:00 to 4:00. me and husband had drove all that way again to just be treated real badly. my husband had to *** easily again on the same day to just get up there at the right time and he had to miss a huge amount of his workday. But I don't like the fact how we were treated she had no right to talk to us that way!

Just want some peace from her being so rude to me and husband, It was not right for her just blow me and husband off like that and I don't care what needs to be done but I just didn't think we were treated right.

Micro management by LabCorp Supervisors and their Managers

I'm a billing employee with this company and they do not appreciate employees or their work ethics. Recently, I was accused in a roundabout way of logging in remotely instead of being in the office. The supervisor never asked my situation, yet she assumed I did it from somewhere outside of my office site. Anyone that knows about computers knows that desktop email looks differently than remotely accessed email. I own up to doing wrong and this supervisor assumed something that was not true. My desktop email program had crashed, but she didn't bother to ask my situation, nor did she apologize for her false accusations. Witnesses were available to back me up. Some are so busy brown nosing than can't see the big picture. If you are looking for a job, do yourself a favor and don't choose LabCorp as an employer. In addition to all of the above, raises were 2% this year and some received less or none.

LabCorp - Long Wait -- Nopbody Cares

l0/8/14 I went to Phoenix lab at 1010 E. McDowell where I have been going for months with standing order. There were two lab people--one a lab tech and the other doing desk work. The waiting room was full and people lined up in the hall. Usually both techs have taken care of the desk and the blood work so it goes pretty fast. Not this time -- I waited approx. 45 minutes. Finally Christina came out to the waiting room. I asked her why such a long wait -- she said, "You should be thankful you weren't here yesterday -- the wait was two hours." Then she said I should make an appointment. I had no idea that was possible -- there is no phone at the desk. So I found out you could use the computer. By that time I was feeling lousy, so I just left and went home and made an appointment for this week. Nobody cares.

I am disgusted with this megacorporation at many levels aside from the fact they have strong armed decent labs out of business & bought them up on their way of becoming the Walmart of Labs. There is no way to get ahold of an actual human being through their customer service line, which--in itself is an oxymoron. If you are fortunate to actually get someone to answer the oxymoron phone, then after explaining your needs the LabcoROBOT says OK, let me get someone who can help you and then you are cast into phone-hold ***. You will run phone batteries down trying to get ASSistance. This place needs some federal review of the lack of services. They get federal dollars, so they need federal review of the lack of standards.
