LabCorp review in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Horrible customer service

Left my card at the site at South Front Street location, when I got home tried to contact them for a 1/2 hour they never picked up the phone get me on hold & never picked it up. Had to call the customer service area & they contacted this site they informed them that I did leave it there I thought they should have called me & let me know they forgot to return it to me. They would not mail it I have to go back & pick it up, so if I did not contact them I would never known that I left it there, they were not busy either

Staffing Review

Labcorp staff work very hard always very understaff. Sometimes they don't even get a lunch. I've been at the joliet location to see that blonde gal working her *** off no help for her doing it all alone. If she had help the help was no good to her. She was going everything. I felt so sorry for her. Shame on her company

Isn't that the truth. Where I work, we are 2 people in a 3 person port.

We have never had walk outs, until last week when "they" came in and changed everything we do. Unbelievable.

Patients were walking out, wait times when from 30 minutes to over an hour. What is going on?

They are working us like slaves and they keep piling on the extra work but no help. And then they want to ask us to help out on our off day.

I don't think so. I'm freakin tired. I cannt even put in plb without it being denied cause there isn't help. And then I can only roll over 40hours at the end of the year and the rest of my time I worked hard for goes out the door.

That is ashame. I worked my *** off just to loose it.

So if they aren't

Going to pay me for what I'm gonna loose. I will call off and be paid and enjoy my

Earned time before I loose it.

LabCorp review in Westwood, New Jersey: They would not fax my results to more then one Doctor. Ridiculous it is my blood work...

Went for blood work asked them to fax it to two doctors, one for which I would be seeing in a week. They said they could only fax one copy. Are you kidding me... So they said they would mail me a copy and I could give it to the second doctor really still waiting. I called the support number online and was told that that wasn't true they could fax it to as many doctors as I needed. So I asked them to fax me a copy they said NO we cannot you will have your doctors office request it. IT IS MY BLOOD WORK!!!! Don't you think I should be able to have a copy of my blood work!!! What a way to run a business...

I went to this labcorp and they are always busy, the woman behind the desk, I think her name is Tammy, she orders people around and tells you in a nasty manner to just sign in and sit down. After waiting for over two hours, and listening to her be rude and watching people go in that came in after me, I went to Valrico labcorp. Jackie could not have been nicer, very gentle, always in a good mood. I will go back and see her from now on. She even gave me some candy afterwards, she is amazing. Thanks

Lab tech who drew my blood lectured me in a shaming way about how "you need to trust the person who's trying to help you," said not once but multiple times, all because I wanted to sit in the chair the same way I always do, and she wanted me to turn the chair to a different angle. Literally talked to me as you would to a 4-year-old, and in a sing-song voice no less. You have GOT to be kidding me. Person who checked me in was also rude, abrupt, and impatient, and I was the only patient there! Inexcusable behavior.
