LabCorp in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania - Painful bruise where blood drawn

it was at the labcorp in bryn mawr, pa on monday. the waiting room was empty except for a woman who walked in right before me and asked if she could get her tests done now without an appointment and the receptionist said yes, no problem, called her in and began taking her information. i had an appointment and waited 20 minutes while the walk-in was taken care of. i had tried to find out the cost of my test on their website and no luck, and you can't call anybody either. i asked the receptionist how much the test would be because i have a high deductible, she said they don't have that information you have to call customer service. i was given a vague estimate of what the test would cost. i'll see if accurate after i get the bill. the worst part of the experience was when she pulled the needle out of my arm, she pressed down before it was out and i had sharp sever pain and quickly a nasty looking bruise. it was bad enough to actually wake me up at night if i bent my arm. the test was done monday and i still have a painful bruise and no test results. i don't care if Labcore is my network provider, i'll go to quest next time or my doctor's office.

The same thing happened to me, 2 occasions, my vein is so purple. The needle mark is awful.

Quest is the best. However my insurance company will only cover Labcorp. They should be reported to the aha or jcaho. incompetency.

I gave my ID and insurance card the lady still want a credit or a debit card I refuse to give out my credit card to them if I have a copay I will pay them she had a very nasty attitude called every one in and I am still waiting

The front desk person was rude and insulting. I am a medical doctor , not that my profession matters, and was informed that i was *** and obiviously couldn't read because labcorp doesn't take my insurence. Ive never treated with such disrespect. It made me so angry i was sick to my stomach.

LabCorp in Sun City Center, Florida - This was the worst experience i have had with a health provider

Four weeks have passed since I had blood drawn. I have tried to get the result without success. It is impossible to get any information on your case. The web site is no help. Forget about calling the automated telephone system does not provide a window for questions or comments. Don't even both to go to the office that performed the test, they will tell you you have to go on line or talk to your physician. The web site Beacon has proven to provide no additional help or information. In my case, it reports that no lab results are availble. However, there is no where to raise questions or seek answers of their lack of performance. Finally, I must go to my Physician without lab results. This may result in having to do the test again and having to see my physican again -- a double charge for me and my insurance carrier.

Labcorp Receptionist Review

You can't see the receptionist face. Her computer is in front of her you can't see nothing but the back of her computer. What kind of service is this? When she's talking you don't know if she's talking to you or on the phone.

Ihave to say that I got in touch with customer service and they were great! Although not resolved, I feel much better about them and owe an apology to the young woman who had me sign the paper--I agreed to pay if medicare did not, apparently (still not sure) but the account was not flagged saying they would not pay--so she did not lie.

I signed the credit card slip--not the "wavier of all rights" slip.

So young lady, this is an apology. I hope it gets resolved and report back if it does.

I did not want to sign paper that made me responsible for testsa sthe they $2000--BUT the assistant assured me it was only routine and there was no reason it would not be paid--she said I could not have tests without signing paper. I told her I would haunt her if they did not pay--well they denied me. Now she is lying and and says she never told me that--she aboslutely DID--DO NOT BELIEVE THEM, DO NOT USE THEM. Stacylooked me right inthe eye and said she tells everyone they may have to pay if the account is flagged--but at the time she told me the account was NOT flagged. I am so angry..$2000!!!!!!!

LabCorp in Columbia, Maryland - Wrong name on a specimen cup

I live in Columbia, Maryland. I went to LabCorp on Twin Knolls; Columbia Medical Center on March 28th 2015 to give a urine specimen ordered by my doctor. I went straight to the bathroom after I was given the specimen container. Before handing in the container to another attendant, I found out that the name on the container was not mine. The attendant was having a conversation with a co-worker when she handed me the specimen container. When I pointed it out to the other employee, she gave me another container to transfer my urine specimen and had me labeled it.This shouldn't have happened. What would have happen if I couldn't read to find out that it wasn't my name on the container. This individual should be discipline and the entire department should be in-service to take their jobs serious because they are dealing with human life.

Labcorp - Urine Test Review from Woodstock, Georgia

Labcorp Irvine I've can't get anyone on the line been calling the number for the irvine location 4724 Barranca Pkwy for three days now and no one ever answers the phone i had to goto the tustin location in order to get my drug screening for a position i was applying for. I don't like wasting my time and i wasn't able to find out what times the walkins were accepted for drug urin testing. Tustin answered the first time but i had to wait till later in the day to get the drug test.

Worst possible place to get a simple *** test for a job. Waited over 1 hour! They should document medications you take. Staff sucked and were very cold. If you don't like your job move on because many others need work. Maybe labcorp needs to test their employees. Get more help and don't make people wait! If you are a lab why do you have to mail out your specimens? I'll never go to this irritating place again! Too long of a wait and almost wet my pants! Too long for employers to get results when waiting on a simple test to start work! Close down! Wasted half of my day to *** in a cup!
